Business process assessment
Business Process Assessment (BPA) is directly aimed at mapping out a company’s processes tp a previouy agreed level of detail.
The immediate benefit of a BPA service is the identification of objective and subjective bottlenecks, inefficencies, process mismatches, unjustified overwork, etc.
identifiication of potential remedial actions is intrinsic in a BPA and these are documented consistently with the depth at which the BPA’s is carried out.
BPA can last from 2-3 days to much longer periods. BPAs shuld idelaly be caried out on site but a condierble amount of work can be carried out remotely, too, in which case the duration of the service might be slightly longer.
A formal report concludes the BPA.
it is customery to carry out follow-up BPAs every few months. Follow-up BPA will entail a smaller effort than the first one.
