Business process assessment
Business Process Assessment (BPA) is directly aimed at mapping out a company’s processes to a previously agreed level of detail.
The immediate benefit of a BPA service is the identification of objective and subjective bottlenecks, inefficencies, process mismatches, unjustified overwork, etc.
Identification of potential remedial actions is intrinsic in a BPA and these are documented consistently with the depth at which the BPA’s is carried out.
BPA can last from 2-3 days to much longer periods. BPAs should ideally be caried out on site but a considerable amount of work can be carried out remotely too in which case the duration of the service might be slightly longer.
A formal report concludes the BPA.
It is customery to carry out follow-up BPAs every few months. Follow-up BPA will entail a smaller effort than the first one.
