New Orca3D Tutorial Available on our videos : Parametric Speed & Power Analysis with Grasshopper
We’ve released a new tutorial covering Parametric Speed & Power Analysis with Orca3D Grasshopper Components.
In this tutorial, we demonstrate how to build a complete Grasshopper workflow for performing parametric speed and power analyses using Orca3D, including setting up the required hydrostatics analysis, configuring a Holtrop-Mennen prediction, applying design margins and propulsive efficiency, and exporting results for additional analysis.
This is part of our ongoing effort to create practical technical content that helps naval architects and marine designers get more out of Orca3D while showcasing the powerful workflows that are possible when Orca3D is combined with Grasshopper.
