How Petestep Designed a Faster, Safer Patrol Boat with Orca3D

Petestep AB collaborated with Silverback Marine to design the Silverback Grizzly 21 LE, a 21-foot aluminum law-enforcement vessel for the New Mexico State Parks Rangers. Using Orca3D Marine CFD alongside Orca3D’s Hull Design and Stability tools, the team refined lift, drag, and trim to target speed, efficiency, and handling before construction. The result is a data-driven design approach that delivers impressive top speed, better fuel efficiency, and a smoother, safer ride.
